Wednesday night at Yogasmoga in La Jolla was paws-itively awesome! This was the 2nd Downward Dog Yoga class lead by the fantastic Marjorie Nass and her adorable dog Dempsey. DogZenergy's boss lady, and head trainer led a great training session before the yoga began, and we have to say all of the dogs were really all ears. Check it all out below!
